Uninstall Application from a Single Device
1. Log in to the Hexnode UEM portal.
2. Navigate to Manage > Devices.
3. Click on the specific device to access the Device Summary page.
4. Select Actions > Applications > Uninstall Application.
5. In the Uninstall Application window, select the app(s) to be removed.
6. Click Done.
7. When the confirmation prompt appears, click Confirm.

Uninstall Applications in Bulk
1. Log in to the Hexnode UEM portal.
2. Navigate to Manage > Devices.
3. Identify and select the devices from which software must be removed.
4. From the Uninstall Applications window, select the device platform (e.g., iOS, Android, Windows, etc.).

Is the removal of pre-installed system apps on Android possible?

No. The Uninstall Application remote action cannot remove system-level applications from Android devices.

Why does the uninstallation of a specific app fail on an iPhone?

On iOS, Hexnode UEM only supports the remote uninstallation of Managed Apps. Applications installed manually via the App Store (unmanaged) cannot be removed using this remote action.
