Manage User Reports in Hexnode UEM

If you are looking to create user reports for a consolidated view of users managed from the UEM console, we’ve got you covered. With Hexnode UEM, you can analyse user data by generating reports of all the users added to the Hexnode portal manually or via integrations.

Reports on users with devices that meet or do not meet a particular criterion can assist you in reviewing your organizational assets better. Furthermore, the results of each report can be filtered based on critical attributes.

For instance, you could generate a report of users with enrolled/unenrolled devices, BYOD/corporate devices, or users with non-compliant devices. This report can contain various details of the user, such as username, phone number, email address, domain, and more details fetched from the Active Directory (AD). Additionally, you can filter the report based on the device type (Smart TV, smartphone, and tablet), ownership (Personal and corporate), or device inactivity (Active and inactive).

Note:

  • User Reports are available on Pro, Enterprise, Ultimate and Ultra pricing plans.
  • Scheduled Reports are available on Ultimate and Ultra pricing plans.
