  5. Click on Actions > Move/Copy/Delete option, whichever action you want to perform.
  6. If the Move or Copy option is chosen, a popup will arise to show the available folders and sub-folders. You can also create a new folder by clicking on the Add New Folder option. If the Delete option is chosen, a confirmation popup arises. Select Yes to confirm your action.
  7. Note:

    • Starting Android 11, certain files and folders cannot be displayed in File Explorer sub-tab on the Hexnode portal if storage access is not provided to the Hexnode UEM/Hexnode for Work application.
    • On devices running Android 11+, ‘Manage All Files’ permission is required for the Hexnode UEM app to access device storage.
      • This permission should be granted for the Hexnode UEM app during enrollment.
      • Mange All Files permission on Hexnode UEM app

      • When the Hexnode UEM/Hexnode for Work app is updated, ‘Manage All Files’ permission may not be granted. Hence, to view and manage all files from File Explorer, the user should grant this permission when the Hexnode UEM app prompts while opening the updated app.
      • Alternatively, you can also give ‘All Files Access’ for the Hexnode UEM app from the device settings page.
