Troubleshooting Guide:
Problem
The Download button appears greyed out and cannot be clicked.
Cause
This happens when folders are selected instead of individual files. The system only supports downloading files directly. If a folder is chosen, the download option will be disabled.
Solution
- Ensure that you select files only, not folders.
- If you need contents to be downloaded from a folder, open the folder and select the specific files inside it.
- Once the files are selected, the Download button will become active and allow you to proceed.
