Administrators can initiate a restart for a single device or perform bulk actions for multiple endpoints.

1. Restart a Single Device

  1. Log in to the Hexnode UEM portal.
  2. Navigate to the Manage tab.
  3. Select the target device to open the Device Summary page.
  4. Navigate to Actions > Device Control > Restart Device.
  5. For Linux: Enable the Force restart option in the dialog to terminate all processes immediately.
  6. Click Restart in the confirmation dialog.

2. Restart Devices in Bulk

  1. Navigate to Manage > Devices.
  2. Select the checkboxes for all required devices.
  3. Select Actions > Device Control > Restart Device.
  4. Click Restart in the confirmation dialog.
