How to acquire Bug Reports for Android devices enrolled as Device Owner in Android Enterprise?

A bug report usually consists of device logs, stack traces and other device diagnostic information. You can generate device bug reports and share them with your IT admin for device troubleshooting.

Hexnode UEM lets you remotely generate the bug report of any device enrolled in the Hexnode portal. The user can share the bug reports directly to the Hexnode portal from their devices.

Notes:

This feature works only on Android 7.0+ devices with the latest version of either

  • Hexnode for Work app as Device Owner, or
  • Hexnode UEM app as Device Owner
