Non-compliance issue in app installation

Hey Hexnode Community, I've got an enrolled device flagged as Non-Compliant, and I think the issue seems to be with one of the Required Apps policy I pushed out. The app is definitely installed on the device, so I'm confused about why the compliance check is failing. Does anyone know why this might be happening and what I can do to clear this compliance status?

Hey folks, Trying to push an app configuration for the Gmail app via Hexnode. The Workspace account which we are using actually gets pushed down fine, but after entering the password, it throws this error “Unable to connect to the server. Try again.” Anyone else seen this before?

Installing .exe applications on devices without converting them to Win32

Is it possible to directly push .exe applications to Windows devices using Hexnode? I had been working with an MDM where we usually had to convert .exe apps into a Win32 package before deploying them. Does Hexnode also require this conversion, or can we just directly deploy them?
