Devices continue to be in 'Scanning in Progress' status after Co-management

Hey there, I've got three Windows devices enrolled using Co-management, but I keep seeing the 'Scanning in Progress' message on the Device Summary page. Hello, It would be nice to have a policy to limit the number of registered devices for users. For example, I would only like to limit 1 macbook per user. This way the user is not able to register another device until we remove them as owner of their current device.
