Updated Android Enterprise app won’t install. Any ideas?

Hey all! We updated an enterprise app on some of our Android device fleet. But the app fails to install on those devices. Any idea what could be causing this?

Unexpected issues with Hexnode after Android Enterprise account deletion!

Hey everyone, we ran into an unexpected issue. Our Android Enterprise account got removed from the Google Admin Console by mistake. Now, all our enrolled devices in Hexnode are kind of “stuck”. Policies aren’t applying, and we can’t push apps. Has anyone else run into this?

We're transitioning from one mdm software to hexnode, and running into an issue with our Network Certificates. Send remote ring when the battery is low

Hello! It is possible to automate the process of sending Remote ring when the device battery level is too low? (in KIOSK mode, Android Enterprise) For example, if device battery is lower than 20%, Hexnode send notification to email and automatically send Remote ring with prepared template to the device.
