Activation Lock shows as disabled in Hexnode even though Find My is on

I have a few supervised iPhones where users have manually enabled Find My, but the Activation Lock status in Hexnode still says as disabled. These devices aren't enrolled via ADE. Is a policy restricting this from updating, or am I missing a step?
