Can SCCM be integrated with other management tools?

Hi everyone, our organization has been relying heavily on Microsoft Configuration Manager for years to manage our Windows endpoints. It’s great for what it does, but we are starting to notice some gaps, especially when it comes to third-party applications and managing non-Windows devices.  So, my question is Can SCCM be effectively integrated with other management tools to extend its…

Struggling to control data across devices. How did you structure your setup?

We’ve been trying to get more control over how company data is handled on devices, but it’s getting messy. We started by blocking a few obvious apps, then pushed some approved ones, but honestly it still feels inconsistent. Some users are sticking to the setup, others are finding ways around it, especially when it comes to saving or…

Chrome App Config Blocking Sign-In Pop-Ups

Hey, we’ve configured Chrome via app configuration with a URL blocklist (BlocklistURL), along with settings like homepage, home button, and default search engine.  We’re seeing a strange issue — any website that requires a sign-in pop-up (authentication prompt) is getting blocked when the blocklist is configured.  A couple of things we noticed:  If we remove the blocklist →…

Anyone enforcing Face ID for Outlook on iPhones using Hexnode?

Hi everyone,  We’ve been tightening access to corporate email on our iOS devices, especially for users handling sensitive data.  Right now, once the device is unlocked, Outlook opens without any additional checks. We’re trying to see if there’s a way to require Face ID before users can access their mailbox.  Has anyone set this up using Hexnode?

Standardizing Browser Homepages across multiple OS platforms

Hi everyone, I'm currently managing a fleet of Windows, macOS, and Android devices through Hexnode. Our marketing team wants us to set a specific corporate landing page as the default homepage on all company-issued devices to ensure consistent branding and quick access to resources.   So, is there a way to push a uniform homepage URL to Microsoft Edge (Windows), Safari/Chrome (macOS),…

Build Number tap not enabling Developer Options on managed Android device

Hi everyone, I’m facing a small issue and wanted to check if anyone has seen this before.  One of our managed Android devices seems kind of “locked” when we try to enable Developer Options. We tapped the Build Number multiple times in Settings like usual, but nothing happens.  Is there something that could be blocking it?

Automating set friendly names for devices?

Hey everyone! We’re currently managing about 500 iPads and Windows laptops. Right now, the "Device Name" in our portal is just a string of serial numbers or "iPad." It’s a nightmare when trying to find a specific user’s device during a support call.  I know Hexnode has a way to automate "Friendly Names," but I’m curious—what are the actual best-use cases for this beyond…

View policy version history

Policies are aware of their version but it's not possible to compare two different versions to understand what was changed. Please add a support to compare two versions of a policy and compare two policies for differences.

Policies

I think it would be extremely useful if in the criterias of Policies you could add the "Type" identifier in Hardware Info. Like this I could seperate iPhones from iPads
