Hi team, I’m facing an issue with one of my Apple devices. The device seems to be syncing, and I can see that the device’s last check-in was about 7minutes ago, but when I try to assign a device or push a configuration, it keeps failing and says that the configuration couldn’t be downloaded. Hey all, so, my organization just bought a new iPhone to replace one that had severe battery issues. We use eSIMs in our phones and the cell provider has already shifted the eSIM to the new device. Location Tracking Disabled on iOS Devices when Hexnode UEM App is not installed

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with location tracking on newly deployed iPhones. In the Hexnode portal, the devices show as online, but under Recent Location it says, “Location Tracking Disabled as UEM app is not installed.” Has anyone else seen this?
