A great feature would be to have an option in iOS Business Container to allow copy/paste to System Apps fron managed apps.
Appreciate we can deploy a different browser and restrict system apps, but the system apps tend to be used quite heavily.

We completely understand your problem. Our policies can only evolve when Apple releases the specific configuration keys required to manage those functionalities. Currently, Apple does not offer the control needed to selectively allow data transfer to system apps while restricting it for the rest of the unmanaged apps.
Additionally, due to Apple’s architecture, a native system app cannot be converted into a managed app, even if you attempt to deploy it directly through the UEM. So, as you have described, it is optimal to deploy and enforce a separate third-party app (like a managed browser) to keep corporate data securely containerized.
