Where do I get the Find My Mac PIN and what is it used for?

Where do I get the Find My Mac PIN from to wipe a device? I just entered 123456 as the password and it worked… so now I’m confused, what’s the actual point of this PIN?

Managed apps crashing on Android

One of our managed apps keeps crashing on my Android phone which is enrolled as device owner. It opens for a second and then shuts down. Can I try wiping the device? Anyone else run into this?

Remote wipe not working on Mac at login screen

Hi all, I tried executing a remote wipe action to a Mac, but it didn’t go through. The device was stuck at the login screen and I couldn’t get past it. I had to reset it manually. Just wondering if Hexnode can handle this remotely when the Mac isn’t with me.
