Remote wipe not working on Mac at login screen

Hi all, I tried executing a remote wipe action to a Mac, but it didn’t go through. The device was stuck at the login screen and I couldn’t get past it. I had to reset it manually. Just wondering if Hexnode can handle this remotely when the Mac isn’t with me.

Hey everyone, Where exactly can you trigger a manual password reset for Windows devices from Hexnode? I’m also trying to figure out if there’s a way to handle password expiry better. Specifically, I want to avoid any chance of users getting locked out when their passcode expires as per policy. Anyone dealt with this before?
