Enable System apps in the Work Profile for Samsung devices

Hi there, There are some Samsung devices enrolled with a Work Profile, and we are having issues enabling system apps. We've checked, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this from the settings. Can anyone guide me on how to enable system apps?

Exchange Active Sync Policy is not effective on the Samsung Knox device

Hi folks, I've been trying to deploy an Exchange ActiveSync policy to a couple of Samsung devices enrolled via the Knox portal, but nothing reflects on the device end. Tried multiple times on different devices and by connecting to different networks. But all efforts are in vain. Please help me out!
