Help!! I can’t seem to block the Phone app in iPads running the iPadOS 26 version. Is it possible to block the phone app in my enrolled iPads through Hexnode?

Unable to enroll iOS device with version 26

Hey folks, I am experiencing enrollment failures on iOS 26 devices. Every time I try to enroll them through Apple Configurator, I get this message "Configuring iPhone - Enrollment failed. Please try again." Has anyone else come across this?

Hi all! I recently tried enrolling some of my employees’ iOS devices into Hexnode UEM using Account driven user enrollment, but they keep getting an error message saying: "Your apple account doesn't support the expected services on this device.” Does anyone know why this happens?

VPN trouble while using OpenVPN Connect

I’ve been having trouble configuring VPN on iOS devices at work using the OpenVPN Connect app. I have already pushed the app on the device and configured the VPN. But upon doing it, the devices are unable to connect to the VPN through the app, as there is no toggle available to activate the VPN. Does anyone know a fix for this?
