How can I ensure VPP apps install silently?

Hey everyone, we are setting up some enterprise VPP apps to be deployed under the “Required Apps” policy. The devices were added via Apple Configurator and are all in Supervised mode. Before I push this out to the whole fleet, can anyone confirm if these will install silently without any user prompts? I'm trying to avoid having my users deal with any pop-ups.

iOS Device Disconnected from Hexnode

Hey everyone, I’m running into a sync issue. Our iOS devices have been disconnected from Hexnode since Feb 3rd. I’ve already tried rebooting the devices and switching the network to a mobile hotspot, but it still won't connect. I also tried a manual scan from the portal, but it failed. Expired ADE account

Hi team, I’m facing an issue with one of my Apple devices. The device seems to be syncing, and I can see that the device’s last check-in was about 7minutes ago, but when I try to assign a device or push a configuration, it keeps failing and says that the configuration couldn’t be downloaded. Can I retain eSIM configurations

Hey all, so, my organization just bought a new iPhone to replace one that had severe battery issues. We use eSIMs in our phones and the cell provider has already shifted the eSIM to the new device.
