Does Block Microsoft Accounts restrict personal accounts only or also Microsoft 365 work accounts?

Does this setting block users from signing in and adding Microsoft accounts at the lock screen, or does it also mean that once the user logs in, they are restricted from using Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft services they may already have an account on?

Turn off 2FA for actions that require password when we are already logged in

It is so annoying to have to use 2FA for actions that require password verification when we're already logged in to Hexnode. At least enable use of the Authenticator app we use to sign in so we're not getting a ton of 2FA emails.
