Device not syncing after enrollment

Hi everyone, We’ve been enrolling new devices for new users in our company, but once enrollment is complete, the MDM isn’t syncing. On the Hexnode admin centre, it shows the devices as registered to a user, but nothing is syncing...no policies, updates, or check-ins. Has anyone faced this issue before?

ADE renewal

Hey, we’re seeing an issue where our ADE profile failed to sync in Hexnode due to unaccepted Apple terms. However, when we checked Apple Business Manager (ABM) and the Apple Certificates portal, there were no new terms presented for acceptance. Has anyone else faced this? Hi everyone, I’m trying to call a Hexnode API endpoint using the HTTP action in Power Automate, but I keep getting an Error 400. Turn off 2FA for actions that require password when we are already logged in

It is so annoying to have to use 2FA for actions that require password verification when we're already logged in to Hexnode. At least enable use of the Authenticator app we use to sign in so we're not getting a ton of 2FA emails.
