Chromecast devices randomly exiting Kiosk Mode

We’re using Chromecast devices and managing them via Hexnode UEM in kiosk mode. Lately, we’ve noticed that the devices randomly exit kiosk mode and land on the Android home screen. The only way to recover is to restart the device, which obviously isn’t ideal for a setup that’s supposed to be hands-off. Has anyone seen this before or figured out what causes it?

Force Windows Device into Tablet Mode for Kiosk Setup

Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up a Windows kiosk using Hexnode UEM. I want the devices to automatically switch to tablet mode. Is there any way to force tablet mode using a policy, script, or any other method in Hexnode?

Web apps are not working in Kiosk mode

Hey all, the Web apps two of my Samsung and Sony devices seem to not work in Kiosk mode at all. The login to the websites is not working in Hexnode Browser Lite. Other devices work perfectly fine too.

The kiosk website keeps refreshing in iPad

Hi all, the web app kiosk configured in our iPads keeps on malfunctioning! The website we have added just keeps refreshing and losing the login tokens, so our employees keep getting signed out. Then once the website refreshes, it shows that it is blocked, even though it is added as an allowlisted URL. Is this an issue with the Hexnode Browser?

Kiosk is disabled after device restart in Android TV

Hey everyone, so, the problem is that the Single app kiosk I have set up in my TCL TV is acting up. Once you restart the device, the kiosk is gone and I have to click on the Hexnode app manually to activate the single app kiosk. Isn’t it supposed to stay in Kiosk mode up until I manually exit?

For us it would be a very nice feature if we could schedule the device to be active in spesific time range. Either with scheduled power off and on, or schedlue the screen to be turned off or on at specific times.
