I’m running into something odd and hoping someone here has seen this before. I just disenrolled a Windows device, and everything seemed to complete fine. But when I try running the setup package again, it refuses and says the device is already associated. Any idea what might be hanging around?
We got a new bunch of Linux devices in our company which we’re looking to enroll in Hexnode. I’ve heard that Linux devices can be enrolled into Hexnode pretty easily via CLI without any authentication. Can anyone confirm if this is possible?
Hey folks, I am experiencing enrollment failures on iOS 26 devices. Every time I try to enroll them through Apple Configurator, I get this message "Configuring iPhone - Enrollment failed. Please try again." Has anyone else come across this?
Hi all! I recently tried enrolling some of my employees’ iOS devices into Hexnode UEM using Account driven user enrollment, but they keep getting an error message saying: "Your apple account doesn't support the expected services on this device.” Does anyone know why this happens?
Hey everyone, I’m setting up Android Zero Touch Enrollment for our organization and was wondering how can I check if a device is ZTE compatible before purchasing or enrolling it? Some of our devices are from different OEMs (Samsung, Lenovo, etc.), so I want to make sure they all support Zero Touch Enrollment before adding…
Efficient onboarding just got even better. Enrollment profiles, already a go-to for Android and Apple platforms in Hexnode, have now stepped into the Windows world. This addition makes it easier than ever for IT teams to enroll Windows devices with a bit of pre-customization. With Windows Enrollment Profiles, administrators can configure device attributes before enrollment,…
Hey everyone! We’ve just made enrollment in Hexnode a whole lot smarter and more flexible. Until now, enrollment profiles were limited to only for Android Enterprise Enrolment (Device Owner or Work Profile on company-owned devices). Well… not anymore! With this update, you can now create enrollment profiles for Samsung Knox and Zero Touch Enrollment, making…
It appears that the Docs for ios enrollment via Apple Configurator are out of date for ios 18. I haven't added a device in the past 11 months (education cycle), so the following items feel much different from before. First, the wifi profile never gets applied in any scenario I've walked thru for new devices,…
Hey guys, I’ve been trying to enroll a bunch of ChromeOS devices into Hexnode through Google Workspace, but none of them are showing up in the Hexnode portal. I double-checked the enrolment steps, but still no luck. Has anyone faced this before?
Our developers mainly use MacOS. However, there are a few that would like to run linux. We have certain policies in our organization that describe the requirements that need to be met inorder to use in this case operating systems. A big one is making sure that de disks are encrypted and the encryption key…
When deleting an item from a group, there is a check box that says "Remember". Make it remember my action between sessions. I know it is removed.Make it a setting that is toggleable inside my account
We're transitioning from one mdm software to hexnode, and running into an issue with our Network Certificates. If there was a way to specify enrollment type without having the scan the QR code to ensure that the devices are going to Android Enterprise mode so we can push the cert, that would be incredibly helpful.…
Hello, It would be nice to have a policy to limit the number of registered devices for users. For example, I would only like to limit 1 macbook per user. This way the user is not able to register another device until we remove them as owner of their current device.
Hey Team, Can an option to run a script be added while enrolling via DEP Configuration Profile like we have the option to create a user?
I have been a long-time user of Microsoft LAPS and would like to have similar functionality in Hexnode across different operating systems. Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS) is a function that prevents using the same administrative passwords across different endpoints/devices. It regularly changes the passwords and enables management software to retrieve the correct password for…
