Python executable script not showing in applications on macOS

Hi all, I wrote a Python executable script that automatically organizes my documents folder moving files into subfolders by type and date which is almost like an app. It runs perfectly when I execute it, but I don’t see the script in the Hexnode’s Applications tab. Shouldn’t it show up like a normal app?

Installing .exe applications on devices without converting them to Win32

Is it possible to directly push .exe applications to Windows devices using Hexnode? I had been working with an MDM where we usually had to convert .exe apps into a Win32 package before deploying them. Does Hexnode also require this conversion, or can we just directly deploy them?
