App Blocklisting in place, but browser access is still open. What’s the next step?

We’ve been trying to control unauthorized apps in our environment. Blocklisting helped a bit, but people are still using personal cloud storage through browsers. How are you all dealing with that?

AirDrop not receiving files

Hi folks, I’ve noticed that AirDrop on our Hexnode‑managed iOS devices running version 18+ isn’t working properly. Sending files from the managed device works fine, but when trying to receive files, the device just plays the notification sound, but no prompt appears to accept the transfer. I think this started happening after we applied an Allowlist policy. Has anyone else faced this?
