How do I update a VPP app on my iPads?

Hey everyone, our school’s iPads use apps purchased through the Volume Purchase Program and suddenly one of the apps notified us that it required to be updated to continue working. Since our iPads are managed through Hexnode, should I delete and purchase the app through School Manager again and add to Hexnode for the update to happen? Or is there some other way to do it?

Unable to use WhatsApp as update was not done on time

Hey everyone, one of my colleague’s WhatsApp was blocked out from access because he was unable to update it on time. The app was deployed as a VPP app from Hexnode in our organization. Can someone help me find a solution to this problem? WhatsApp is an integral part of my colleague’s work as he works in Sales.

Large number of app installation in pending

Hi all, I have been trying to install an application onto Apple devices, but they are stuck in ‘Pending’ status in the Action History Tab across all devices. The action is for the Slack app which is shown as installed already within the application sub-tab (added as VPP). Is anybody facing the same issue?

Allow automatic updating of VPP apps

Applications that are not mandatory are not updated automatically. Please allow this as an option for VPP applications at the very least.
