How do I update a VPP app on my iPads?

Hey everyone, our school’s iPads use apps purchased through the Volume Purchase Program and suddenly one of the apps notified us that it required to be updated to continue working. Since our iPads are managed through Hexnode, should I delete and purchase the app through School Manager again and add to Hexnode for the update to happen? Or is there some other way to do it?

Hi all! I recently tried enrolling some of my employees’ iOS devices into Hexnode UEM using Account driven user enrollment, but they keep getting an error message saying: "Your apple account doesn't support the expected services on this device.” Does anyone know why this happens?

VPN trouble while using OpenVPN Connect

I’ve been having trouble configuring VPN on iOS devices at work using the OpenVPN Connect app. I have already pushed the app on the device and configured the VPN. But upon doing it, the devices are unable to connect to the VPN through the app, as there is no toggle available to activate the VPN. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I have a lot of iPads, and need to group them according to the location they are deployed. Management within the group selection is limited, and cannot select individual devices within the group. More management abilities should be available from the group instead of limiting them all to the general screen which is a mess.
