Can I retain eSIM configurations

Hey all, so, my organization just bought a new iPhone to replace one that had severe battery issues. We use eSIMs in our phones and the cell provider has already shifted the eSIM to the new device. If I have to enroll this new iPhone in the Hexnode portal, it should be factory reset, right? If I do that, will these eSIM configurations be gone?

Location Tracking Disabled on iOS Devices when Hexnode UEM App is not installed

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with location tracking on newly deployed iPhones. In the Hexnode portal, the devices show as online, but under Recent Location it says, “Location Tracking Disabled as UEM app is not installed.” Has anyone else seen this? The kiosk website keeps refreshing in iPad

Hi all, the web app kiosk configured in our iPads keeps on malfunctioning! The website we have added just keeps refreshing and losing the login tokens, so our employees keep getting signed out. Then once the website refreshes, it shows that it is blocked, even though it is added as an allowlisted URL. Is this an issue with the Hexnode Browser?

I have a lot of iPads, and need to group them according to the location they are deployed. Management within the group selection is limited, and cannot select individual devices within the group. More management abilities should be available from the group instead of limiting them all to the general screen which is a mess.
