Remote Actions that work in Kiosk mode for ChromeOS devices

Hey everyone, I recently purchased a few Chromebooks that I intend to use at my hotel’s reception for check-ins. I have tried Kiosk mode in ChromeOS vaguely for some of the existing Chromebooks in my organization, but I would like to know more about the remote actions I can perform through Hexnode in my devices, so that I can fully leverage my new devices for my purpose. Can anybody help me?

Managing Android Runtime for Chrome (ARC) on ChromeOS devices

I’ve been hearing a lot about Android Runtime for Chrome (ARC) on ChromeOS lately. From what I gather, it’s what allows Android apps to run on Chromebooks, but I’m not entirely sure how it works or what kind of control admins have over it. Can anyone explain how ARC functions on ChromeOS devices?

Hey guys, I’ve been trying to enroll a bunch of ChromeOS devices into Hexnode through Google Workspace, but none of them are showing up in the Hexnode portal. I double-checked the enrolment steps, but still no luck. Has anyone faced this before?

Locking down remote support for library kiosks

Hey guys, we set up chromebooks in our campus library for quick student access, running as Managed guest sessions. We need IT to be able to remote in instantly for support, but I need to block the guest user from somehow sharing their screen with their buddy's personal laptop. I'm using hexnode. We have company chromebooks that multiple people use, so we’ve set up guest sessions. The problem is that some users don’t log out when they’re done, they just close the lid and leave. This could lead to serious issues. Is there any way to automatically log users out after a guest session?
