Hexnode Access: Internet Required for Login on Windows Devices

Hi, I’m facing an issue with Hexnode UEM Access on our Windows devices. Users are being prompted to connect to the internet every time they try to log in.  Is there a way to disable this requirement? Alternatively, can we extend the duration for how long a device can stay offline before it forces a network login?

Wi-Fi switching option grayed out in Android Kiosk mode. Am I missing something?

Hi everyone,  We’re managing a few Android devices in Multi-App Kiosk Mode, and I noticed something odd while configuring the policy.  In Peripheral Settings, the option that allows users to manage Wi-Fi settings is grayed out, so users can’t manually switch networks on the device. Samsung XCover roaming blocked by default – how to force "All Networks"?

We're deploying Samsung XCover 6Pro/7 devices with global SIMs, but they keep defaulting to "National Roaming Only", blocking data abroad. This effectively kills data connectivity for our field teams as soon as they cross a border until someone manually goes into settings and changes it. We've pushed the APNs via Hexnode, but the roaming scope remains restricted, and users can't change it manually.  Is there a…

Need advice on heavy upload requirements. Would DSL help?

Hey, we’re spinning up a new satellite engineering office in a slightly older business park. Unfortunately, getting new fiber optic lines laid out there is going to cost a fortune and take months of digging. We do have existing copper telephone lines wired into the building, so I started looking into DSL as a workaround.…
