VPN trouble while using OpenVPN Connect

I’ve been having trouble configuring VPN on iOS devices at work using the OpenVPN Connect app. I have already pushed the app on the device and configured the VPN. But upon doing it, the devices are unable to connect to the VPN through the app, as there is no toggle available to activate the VPN. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Wi-Fi SSID for device shows up as unknown SSID

Hey people, recently I’ve noticed that after enrolling a few Android devices, the SSID of the network to which the device is connected is shown as under the Devices tab. I tried scanning the device again after enrollment but it remained the same. Does anyone know a fix for this?
