Hey everyone, quick question. We’re trying to move a bunch of our iPhones from physical SIM cards over to eSIMs to make things easier to manage. Can I just use Hexnode to 'assign' the phone number from the physical card to the eSIM, or is there more to it?
We're deploying Samsung XCover 6Pro/7 devices with global SIMs, but they keep defaulting to "National Roaming Only", blocking data abroad. This effectively kills data connectivity for our field teams as soon as they cross a border until someone manually goes into settings and changes it. We've pushed the APNs via Hexnode, but the roaming scope remains restricted, and users can't change it manually. Is there a…
Hey all, We pushed out a new Wi-Fi SSID through a policy, and it shows as applied, but the devices are still hanging on to the Wi-Fi they were already connected to. I was expecting them to jump to the new network once the policy hit. Is this just how Android handles Wi-Fi, or am I missing something…
Is there a way to block users from disabling mobile data at the OS level on Android devices? We’re trying to ensure continuous reporting from the device.
Hello all, Im using the Web Content Filtering option but it does not seem to work. On windows, it provides the options below but for mac, it does not mention any browsers. Does that mean that it should block all browsers? none? as its not working. Im not using wildcards as im reading its not…
Hi, we want to restrict internet traffic to our devices, but, since Hexnode does require an active internet connection, could you provide Hexnode’s network domains or IP addresses so that only Hexnode communication with the device happens?
Hey all, I wanted to incorporate quick messaging within the android application that I developed for our organization and during my research for a good Push Notification Service, I came across Pushy. Is it better than FCM?
The idea of a “network perimeter” feels outdated now. Users work from everywhere, devices move across networks, and applications live in the cloud. What has stayed constant is the endpoint. It’s authenticated, monitored, patched, restricted, and often decides whether access is allowed at all. Starting to feel like endpoint management is quietly replacing the firewall…
We are managing a fleet of iOS devices in an enterprise environment where eSIM profiles are pushed remotely for carrier activation. For the past several months, we have consistently seen the eSIM update command fail across devices. This has impacted our ability to provision connectivity for users without manual intervention. We would like to understand…
As an admin user, I'd like the ability to control Windows firewall settings by policy instead of through scripts so that we can automate and standardize our firewall settings.
