How to prevent unauthorized setting changes and enable remote repair for Zebra/Honeywell fleets?

Hi everyone. I’m looking for some advice on managing our fleet of Zebra and Honeywell ruggedized devices once they’re out on the warehouse floor. We’re having some trouble with staff changing device settings, which keeps disrupting our operations. Remote view requires user confirmation on some Android devices

Whenever we try to start a remote view session on one of our Android devices, the user has to manually approve the connection on the device.
