Our drivers made in the past, before Hexnode, addresses in the Gmap app and through the 3 dot option in maps they put the route on the home screen:
This option in maps disappeared since the device is put in Device owner mode.
Is it possible for Hexnode that they can give the maps app the permission to write to the home screen?
I think this is the problem in combination with being a device owner.

Please be informed that it is currently not possible to add shortcuts to the home screen of kiosk-enabled Android devices via Hexnode. This applies to every mode of enrollment; it is not specific to devices enrolled as Device Owner in the Android Enterprise program.
