Limiting remote access to support team only – any tips?

Our IT team has grown a bit recently, so we’re reviewing technician permissions.  Right now, a few people have access to the Manage tab, which means they can start Remote View or Remote Control sessions. It hasn’t caused issues so far, but we’re wondering if it’s better to limit that just to the support team.  For those managing larger teams, how are you handling this?

Limiting device visibility by region

We’ve got regional IT teams and I’m trying to separate things properly in Hexnode.  Right now, everyone can see the full device list. I was thinking of creating separate roles for North and South teams.  Would that be enough to stop them from seeing each other’s devices?

Can't limit Role to a specific Device Group?

I feel like I’m missing something obvious here. I’m trying to create a custom role for a partner so they can manage only their specific devices. I’m looking under Admin > Roles, but I don't see any option to select a device group inside the role settings. Do I need Super Admin access to unlock…
