Kiosk exits when tapped on the Home button for Android TV

Hey everyone, I’ve set up an Android TV in kiosk mode for a demo environment. The problem is, whenever someone presses the Home button on the remote, the kiosk app exits and goes back to the launcher. I thought kiosk mode should block this behaviour. Has anyone run into this issue?

Android TV enrollment stuck on “Activate VPN” screen - any fix?

Hey everyone, We’re trying to enroll an Android TV (Android 11) using Hexnode MDM for Android. The enrollment goes through normally until it reaches the Activate VPN screen. But when we click on the Activate VPN button, nothing happens; the TV just stays on that page. All permissions except Battery Optimization were granted. We even tried using Hexnode Onboarder, but the TV doesn’t have a wireless debugging option. Has anyone faced something similar or has any suggestions?

How do you organize your Hexnode policies for different platforms?

Hey everyone! I’ve been wondering, what’s the best way to set up policies for different platforms? Should I keep one policy for all Macs and one for all Windows devices, or split them up into smaller ones like general configuration, Hexnode Access, app deployments, etc.? Curious what’s working for you all.

I manage a fleet of devices using Hexnode UEM. Recently, I implemented a policy to blocklist certain apps due to excessive data consumption. But turns out these apps are essential, and I’d like to get rid of the policy altogether. How do I do that?

Access Denied after idle Android Kiosk Lockdown

We are using Android Kiosk Lockdown on Adrdoid TV with a web-app. If the TV is iddle for about 1min, we get a "Access Denied - Your'll be redirected shortly..". Not clear if it's a screensaver/lockscreen misconfiguration. How can we troubleshoot? Thanks!
