How can I sync Entra with Hexnode?

Hello, our organization recently started using Microsoft Entra as our directory service, to reduce the hassle of adding new employees manually. We did integrate Entra with our Hexnode portal, but I don’t see a sync option or a sync button anywhere in the “Integrations” tab under Admin – where can I see the domain I integrated in the portal?

We’re currently syncing users from Microsoft entra ID into hexnode, and while the integration appeared to work during initial testing, newly created users are no longer being added. DEP enrollment failed when authentication is enabled

Hello, I tried DEP enrollment for the first time and ran into an issue. When the authentication is not enabled the DEP enrollment works perfectly. But after completing the authentication setup using Active Directory, it is showing this error on the device end: (BYCloudConfigRetreiveProfileFromWebErrorDomain error -1.) What can be the problem here?
