I’m trying to set up SSO for Hexnode portal users, mainly technicians and admins. Our identity provider is Keycloak, and I was looking for a generic SAML SSO option in the admin panel. I only see options for Google, Microsoft, and Okta.
Is there a way to configure Keycloak as a SAML IdP for Hexnode portal login, or is this not supported?

Generic SAML SSO, including direct Keycloak SAML integration, is currently not supported for Hexnode portal user authentication.
For Hexnode portal login, the supported SSO providers are:
If your Keycloak setup can federate with one of the supported identity providers, you may be able to use that provider as an interim authentication path for Hexnode portal users. For example, if identities from Keycloak are synchronized or federated into Microsoft Entra ID, technicians and admins can authenticate to Hexnode through the Microsoft SSO option.
A direct generic SAML configuration option for portal login is not available at this time.
