I triggered a manual sync for Apple Business Manager from Hexnode while setting up Automated Device Enrollment and some automations. The sync status stayed on “initiated” for several minutes, so I wasn’t sure if it had failed or if it was still processing. Is a short delay normal for Apple Business Manager syncs?

Yes, a short delay can occur during Apple Business syncs.
When a sync is initiated, Hexnode UEM has to wait for the Apple Business data to be processed and reflected back in the portal. During this period, the status may remain as “initiated” even though the sync is still progressing.
In most cases, waiting around 5–10 minutes and refreshing the page should show the updated sync status. This can be more noticeable when you are setting up Automated Device Enrollment or related automations and expect the changes to appear immediately.
