Freshservice Hexnode Integration Field Sync Needed.

Hello Team,

Since we already have intergation for Freshservice, it would be great if we we could sync couple of fields from Freshservice to Hexnode device info page.

For example: Sync Asset Tag from freshservice be sync to Hexnode Asset Tag and similarly for Department and notes. This sync can be optional; the admin chooses which fields they wish to sync from freshservice.

For more detail, we could discuss if needed.

    Hey @mayuresh-todankar, thank you for reaching out to us again.

    We understand that you would like to sync data from Freshservice to Hexnode’s device info page.

    But after an initial analysis, our development team is of the opinion that a two-way sync between Hexnode and Freshservice is not feasible, and the best we could do is to enable syncing the data from the Hexnode portal to Freshservice. However, the implementation process might take a while.
