Need application report with username. How do I export?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to export an application report as a CSV from Hexnode. I need the username alongside the application name in the exported file. How can I do this? Please let me know. Thanks!

Disenrolling Multiple Devices Without 2FA Verification

Hi everyone, I’m honestly a bit confused right now! We have nearly 75 devices that need to be disenrolled, and entering the 2FA verification code for every single device is becoming really frustrating. Also, is there any way to view all the devices that are yet to be marked as disenrolled? That would really help me keep track of everything.

Serial number not fetched fully in the location reports

Hey folks! I was going through the Location Reports and noticed something. For a few devices, the serial number isn’t showing fully. It’s displaying like this “1.02714E+15”. Anyone else seen this before or know how to fix it?
