Samsung devices stuck in lost mode and location history changes not saving

Hey everyone! I need some quick help. One of my Samsung devices went into lost mode with a return message set up. I deactivated Lost Mode from the portal, but the device still seems to be stuck in it. Any ideas on what I can try?

Is it possible to disable hardware buttons and status bar in android kiosk mode?

Hey everyone! I want to disable the hardware buttons on an Android tablet (power and volume) and hide the notification bar so I can run a custom app in kiosk mode. The app should auto-launch on reboot, and users shouldn’t be able to swipe past the lock screen. Is this possible?

Auto-enable for Android Enterprise enrollment

Hey peeps, is it possible to grant the permissions automatically for the Hexnode UEM app during Android enterprise enrollment. There are a bunch of app permissions such as Usage access and Password token and granting permissions for each one of them seems like a hassle. So any ideas on this matter?

Hey everyone, there was an issue with scanning barcodes using the Urovo mobiles used in one of our manufacturing facilities last day and it seems like it was due to the recent Android software update that occurred. Control enrollment type without scanning a QR code

We're transitioning from one mdm software to hexnode, and running into an issue with our Network Certificates.
