Location Tracking Disabled on iOS Devices when Hexnode UEM App is not installed

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with location tracking on newly deployed iPhones. In the Hexnode portal, the devices show as online, but under Recent Location it says, “Location Tracking Disabled as UEM app is not installed.” Has anyone else seen this? I just want to confirm if this is expected or if I’m missing a step during deployment.
