Can we hide Wi-Fi network SSIDs using Hexnode?

Hey everyone, I wanted to hide some of the open Wi-Fi network SSIDs from the list of available networks for the Windows devices in my organization, to prevent the employees from trying to connect to it to access organizational information through such vulnerable networks. Error in finding Windows endpoints with auto discovery

Hey everyone, I recently tried to enroll one of the Windows devices in my organization from the Access Work or School from the device settings, but it shows that “We couldn't auto-discover a management endpoint” after entering the work email address. The authenticated enrollment request was even generated from my Hexnode portal. Still no luck, can anyone help me?

Cloned machines are being treated as the same device! Any solutions?

Hey everyone, we're trying to deploy a master Windows image to multiple Dell laptops. The issue is that after cloning, Hexnode treats all the laptops as the same device instead of creating a new device ID for each one. How can we make Hexnode assign a unique ID to every laptop?

Can’t seem to block the Perplexity Comet app on Windows devices

Hey folks, I’ve been trying to block the Perplexity Comet app through Hexnode using the usual method to add the app under the blocklist with its publisher name and all. But the app still launches without any issues. I’ve double-checked the spelling and package details, and everything seems fine. Has anyone else run into this?

Disenrolled the device but some settings are still stuck

I’m running into something odd and hoping someone here has seen this before. I just disenrolled a Windows device, and everything seemed to complete fine. But when I try running the setup package again, it refuses and says the device is already associated. Any idea what might be hanging around?

Like to trigger Windows Updates installation through Hexnode?

Hey everyone, I’m a bit confused about how Windows Updates are supposed to be deployed through Hexnode. When I check Devices missing updates, I can see all the pending updates, but I don’t see any way to trigger the installation directly from there. Is there a way to push these updates immediately?
