Hexnode MDM app crashing in kiosk mode

We’re running a multi-app kiosk and after some time the kiosk just dies. The Hexnode MDM app seems to stop working and doesn’t come back unless we manually fix it. This is a big issue for us because the kiosk is supposed to run 24/7. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Device not syncing after enrollment

Hi everyone, We’ve been enrolling new devices for new users in our company, but once enrollment is complete, the MDM isn’t syncing. On the Hexnode admin centre, it shows the devices as registered to a user, but nothing is syncing...no policies, updates, or check-ins. Has anyone faced this issue before?

I’m losing my mind here. My MacBook Pro M1 got locked through Hexnode, I used the unlock code they gave me, but the device still isn’t checking in. Unable to Enroll Windows Device

We’re trying to enroll a Windows device into Hexnode, but during enrollment it throws an error saying the device is already enrolled and asks for co-management. We double-checked and there’s no other MDM configured on the device. Has anyone faced this before? How do we fix it?

Changing macOS passwords without local admin credentials

I know this sounds silly, but I’ve forgot my local admin credentials on some enrolled Macs at my workplace. I was assigned to change the passwords of some devices and that’s when I hit a brick wall knowing that I’ve forgot the admin credentials. Is there any way I could overcome this?
