I see this “A few configurations added to the policy aren’t supported by this device” for a policy I applied to my Windows 11 Pro device but I see no way of identifying which exact configuration is it referrring to.

Hi @vmasih,
Thank you for reaching out.
Currently, the Hexnode UEM portal doesn’t directly flag the specific configuration that the device is rejecting. However, you don’t have to troubleshoot this entirely on your own.
Our support team would be happy to take a closer look and help investigate which configuration might be causing the conflict. Please reach out to us at support@hexnode.com. If you prefer to speak with someone directly, you can also give us a call at any of our support lines:
In the meantime, as a quick visual check: Right before you click “Configure” for a policy, the portal lists the supported OS versions. Also, inside the actual policy settings (especially for Restrictions), look out for the small info icons next to individual options. Some settings strictly require Windows Enterprise and will throw this error if applied to a Pro device.
We look forward to looking into this with you!
Cheers,
Eden Pierce
