Updating Firefox browser on macOS and Windows

I’ve been wanting to push the latest updates (v145) for the Firefox browser across my Windows and macOS systems. It’s been already pre-installed on the devices, so I’m a bit confused on how to update it through Hexnode. Is there any way for this?

Hexnode Access Policy password updation issue

Hola amigos, I’m facing an issue with the Hexnode access policy on my macOS devices. I associated the Hexnode access policy with Google Workspace as the IdP, with the authentication option being “Google workspace domains added to hexnode portal”. Cloned machines are being treated as the same device! Any solutions?

Hey everyone, we're trying to deploy a master Windows image to multiple Dell laptops. The issue is that after cloning, Hexnode treats all the laptops as the same device instead of creating a new device ID for each one. How can we make Hexnode assign a unique ID to every laptop?

Investigating device's non-compliant status

Hey folks, one of our Macs is showing as non compliant in Hexnode portal, but I can’t figure out why. Everything seems fine, the policies are applied, FileVault’s on, the OS is up to date, and the user is actively using the device. Any ideas?
