Issue with adding more device count to Hexnode

Hey, I just upgraded my subscription from ultimate to ultra, but when I try adding devices, it says the plan does not support more devices. And when I do try and change the plan to ultra, it keeps navigating to the Subscriptions page over and over again. What seems to be happening here?

Wallpaper reverting on Mac even after removing policy
