Disenrolled the device but some settings are still stuck

I’m running into something odd and hoping someone here has seen this before. I just disenrolled a Windows device, and everything seemed to complete fine. But when I try running the setup package again, it refuses and says the device is already associated. Any idea what might be hanging around?

Linux CLI Enrollment via no authentication?

We got a new bunch of Linux devices in our company which we’re looking to enroll in Hexnode. I’ve heard that Linux devices can be enrolled into Hexnode pretty easily via CLI without any authentication. Can anyone confirm if this is possible?

Unable to use WhatsApp as update was not done on time

Hey everyone, one of my colleague’s WhatsApp was blocked out from access because he was unable to update it on time. The app was deployed as a VPP app from Hexnode in our organization. Can someone help me find a solution to this problem? WhatsApp is an integral part of my colleague’s work as he works in Sales.

Unable to update the friendly name or device name in macOS

Hey everyone, I used the rename device action to rename a few of my macOS devices. I even checked the “update friendly name” checkbox. Not only did it not update the device name, but the friendly name is not changing as well, even though I scanned the devices to reflect the changes.

Folks, I’m in bit of a pickle right now. I’ve been trying to deploy a file into my macOS devices at the workplace using the Deploy custom configuration feature through Hexnode. But it seems I am unable to upload the file which in .txt and .csv formats. So, anyone got an idea how to get out of this?

Users can’t uninstall apps on iOS devices

Hey everyone, Bit of a strange one, our users are reporting that they can’t uninstall any apps from their iOS devices anymore. They can only remove them from the Home Screen, not actually delete them. We haven’t restricted app removal anywhere, so I’m a bit puzzled about what to do. Can anyone help me out…
