Not possible to add iOS devices to DEPSolved

Impossible to add iPhone into my Apple Business Manager to sync it to my Hexnode MDM.. It shows that the device cannot be added to DEP.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The device has to be purchased directly from Apple or participating Apple authorized resellers on or after 1st March 2011 to be added to DEP. Also, the device should be running iOS 7 or later.
Please confirm if your device meets the specified requirements.

i was trying to enroll some appple devices to DEP portal but i received the error message- NOT-ACCESSIBLE. And the devices meet the above requirements.

The possible reason that you are receiving this message is that either the device you are trying to enroll is not DEP-eligible or already enrolled by another organization.
