What kinda password is getting cleared? is it the device password or the account passwords?

Hello @Elian, this is a common occurrence where saved account passwords are getting erased on updating iOS. If this is the case, please try logging out of iCloud and logging back in again to retain your passwords. This is not an issue with Hexnode, and you might want to raise the query with Apple.
For device password getting wiped, ensure you’ve set up passcode restriction for the devices, so that users can set up a new passcode from the start screen after an OS update.
This could be occurring because the Apple’s MDM protocol command for OS updates cannot currently run on a device locked with a password and thus, ends up clearing the device password before installing the update.
