Expired ADE account

Hi team, I’m facing an issue with one of my Apple devices. The device seems to be syncing, and I can see that the device’s last check-in was about 7minutes ago, but when I try to assign a device or push a configuration, it keeps failing and says that the configuration couldn’t be downloaded. I’m not sure what’s going wrong here. Could you please help?

App catalog Inquiry

Hi team, I’ve created an App Catalog and associated it with a policy to all my macOS devices. However, on my macOS devices, I can see only one app listed in the Hexnode UEM App. The policy is correctly associated, and the catalog seems fine. Am I missing anything here?

How to disable Filevault in bulk?

Heyy folks!! I have a question about FileVault. Some of our macOS devices have FileVault enabled by default, and we want to apply a Hexnode policy for FileVault. The issue is that it’s not letting us apply the policy because FileVault is already enabled. Is there a way to mass disable this from MDM?

How can I hide the Wi-Fi option from the floater icon in Android kiosk mode through policy?

Hi team, I’ve set up kiosk mode on our Android devices, and I noticed that the floating icon still shows Wi-Fi settings. I’d like to remove that option so users can’t toggle Wi-Fi or switch networks from there. Is there a way to hide it through policy?

Google Workspace sync issue – new users not showing up

Hey everyone, we’re running into a strange issue with Google Workspace sync. When we try to enroll a user using their email, the user just doesn’t show up in Manage > Users in Hexnode. The domain is already connected with Hexnode, and this user was added recently in Google Admin also. Sync keeps failing though, and the user never gets pulled into Hexnode.

Hey all, I have got some Android devices enrolled as Android Enterprise – Device Owner and locked into kiosk mode. Problem is users can’t install apps. Apparently, they need to add a personal Gmail account to Managed Google Play… but you can only do that from the Managed Play app, which you can’t open because……

Chromecast devices randomly exiting Kiosk Mode

We’re using Chromecast devices and managing them via Hexnode UEM in kiosk mode. Lately, we’ve noticed that the devices randomly exit kiosk mode and land on the Android home screen. The only way to recover is to restart the device, which obviously isn’t ideal for a setup that’s supposed to be hands-off. Has anyone seen this before or figured out what causes it?
