Hey @haanaa ! Right now, there isn’t a native policy to track active usage hours for macOS due to Apple’s privacy and OS-level restrictions. However, for your Android devices, you can get this data through a built-in report. Here’s how you can find the Screen time reports,

In your Hexnode UEM portal, go to Reports > Built-In Reports.

Look for Usage Insights on the left and select Device Usage.

Click on the Screen Time tab.
This report will give you a clear look at device attributes such as:

Device & User Name: Who the device belongs to.

Total Screen Time: Active hours logged since enrollment.

Activity Status: Whether the device is currently “Active” or “Inactive.”
If you need this data regularly, you can use the Schedule Report button at the top to have these stats emailed to you every morning automatically.
