We’re excited to introduce Multi-Session Support in Remote View — a powerful upgrade that makes remote troubleshooting faster, smoother, and more flexible.

Remote View used to allow only one active session at a time, and trying to access a second device would show a “session already exists” message. That restriction is gone, making multitasking effortless.

Technicians can now open multiple endpoints and remotely view and control several devices at the same time, across all supported platforms. Jump between devices instantly, handle issues in parallel, and keep every session running without interruptions.
