Meet the upgraded Incidents Tab!Solved

We’re excited to roll out a set of new features and improvements in the Incidents tab designed to make managing and tracking incidents smoother, faster, and more intuitive.

• New Subtabs Added: To help you categorize and resolve issues more efficiently, we have introduced new specialized subtabs:
  • Apps: Track application management incidents, including vulnerabilities, VPP license/failure issues, and failed installations or updates.
  • Patches: Monitor patch management health, covering detected vulnerabilities, failed deployments, and devices missing critical updates.
  • Identity Providers: View incidents related to directory sync failures and recently deleted identity connections.
• Direct URLs for Incidents: Every incident now has its own unique URL for easy bookmarking or sharing in internal documentation.
• Tags & Notes: Organize incidents with custom tags and keep vital context at your fingertips with dedicated notes.
• Custom Fields: Add and manage fields like text, dates, or checkboxes, and reorder them effortlessly with drag-and-drop, tailoring forms to your workflow.
• Enhanced Collaboration: Comments now support @mentions and 1st-level replies, while real-time sidebar updates ensure your Incident Story and statuses reflect changes instantly.
• Session Persistence: Refresh your browser without losing your place, and return directly to the incident you were viewing.
