Hey guys, sometimes I need to get into our Macs when nobody’s around, like fixing stuff at the login screen. Can Hexnode do unattended remote access for macOS?

Nah, pretty sure Macs don’t let you do unattended remote stuff like that.
Hello everyone,
Yes, Hexnode supports unattended remote access for macOS through the Remote Access policy. You can configure this by navigating to Policies > New Policy > macOS > Troubleshooting > Remote Access and enabling the Enable unattended remote access option.
Once the policy is associated with the device, you’ll be able to start a remote session from Manage > [Select device] > Remote View/Control > Start Session and choose Initiate session without user interaction. This bypasses the usual confirmation prompt and allows administrators to connect directly.
For even more detailed guidance, refer to our guide on the Unattended Mac Remote Access.
