For a work account, you can use Android Enterprise – Profile Owner enrollment. This setup is designed for users who want to keep their work and personal apps separate.

No worries, this error is temporary. The message “Work Profile creation failed” may pop up initially, but the issue should resolve itself after a short while. The work profile may take some time to be created after the device enrollment is completed.
Once the work profile is successfully created, an additional Hexnode for Work app (with a work badge on the icon) will appear on the device. This indicates that a work container has been set up on your device, separating work apps from personal apps.
To confirm the work profile installation, you can also go to Settings > Accounts. You should see a “Managed Account” listed under your work profile.
